Knowing who you are can lead to lasting relationships.
We are social and emotional beings who need to process trauma(s) and understand the impacts of relational dynamics and life experiences in order to heal, live vibrantly, and feel more confident and secure. Where have we learned the fundamentals of love: trust, loyalty, closeness, vulnerability, sharing, etc? We must explore what we learned in order to heal from patterns and dynamics that keep us lonely, single, chronically dating, or in toxic relationships and friendships with people who do not meet our needs (and whose needs we do not know how to meet).
In this course you’ll learn the Six Pillars of Love:
Neurobiological Wiring
Attachment
Relational Story
Emotional Maturity
Vulnerability
Intimacy
After taking this course, you’ll be able to uncover the links between your upbringing and the repetition of patterns with partners, friends and loved ones. You will develop a deeper understanding of the roles that neurobiology and family systems play in relational development. And you will learn how to begin to break the relationship cycles that exhaust and deplete you while forming new, stable adult relationships.
